Reed-Alvarado to wed in August

— Mr. and Mrs. Benjie Reed of Mexia, Texas are pleased to announce the engagement of their son Justin Elliott Reed also of Mexia, Texas to Isabel Alexa Alvarado of Austin, Texas.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Anna Routh Reed and the late Valdon Reed of Mexia, Texas and Dorothy White and the late Elliott White of McKinney, Texas.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Alvarado of Midland and Austin, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.W. and Olga Kent and the late Angel and the late Amparo Beltran of El Paso, Texas.
Mr. Reed is a 1997 graduate of Mexia High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Texas Tech University in 2001 and was a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. He earned his law degree from Texas Tech School of Law in 2005.
Miss Alvarado is a 2003 graduate of Midland Lee High School. She graduated from the University of North Texas in December 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with emphasis in Hospitality Management and Business. She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority.
Justin practices law at his family’s law firm in Mexia, Texas. Isabel spent her first year out of college living in Dallas, Texas where she worked at Ashford Hospitality Trust.
The couple will marry in August 2008 at Barton Creek Resort in Austin.
