Tranessa Nicole Reed Bradshaw
Tranessa Nicole Reed Bradshaw will be held Sunday April 21, at 2 p.m. at Mexia High School, 1120 N. Ross Ave. Pastor Fitzgerald Thomas will be the eulogist, and Apostle Cedric Porter will officiate. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 20, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with family present from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tranessa, also known as "LuLu" (special to Grandma Ruthie), was born in Mexia, on Sept. 4, 1991, to Bobby Bradshaw IV and Venesa Bradshaw. Tranessa attended school in the Mexia area and was in the Mexia Blackcat Band for three years. She graduated from Mexia High School in 2010. She was a certified medication aide and had been studying to become a registered nurse. Her hobbies were decorating hair, sewing, cooking, singing, praise dancing and writing poems and songs. She enjoyed her family and friends on a regular basis. She accepted Christ as Lord and was baptized at an early age. She was a member of Unlimited Praises Ministries before she went home to be with the Lord on April 14, 2013. She was preceded in death by her Grandma Essie Eldridge. She leaves to cherish her memories: her loving daughter, Symphony Leigh Ann Tackett; a special friend, Richard Tackett Jr., of Mexia; parents Bobby Bradshaw IV and Venesa Bradshaw; brothers Anthony (Olivia) Reed Jr., of Dallas, Corey Bradshaw, of Dallas, Tristan (Brandy) Perkins, of Waco, Latorres Latrae McClendon, of Dallas, DeAdrian Bradshaw, of Mexia, Tejuan Bradshaw, of Mexia, Bobby Bradshaw V, of Mexia; sisters Aneatra Cleeshone (LaMarcus) Griffin, of Mexia, Chante Nicole (Dontre) Bradshaw, of Mexia, Jamie Nicole (Ellis) Perkins, of Groesbeck, and Heavenly Aaliyah Faith Bradshaw, of Mexia; grandparents Henry Bobby (Tranessa Nicole Reed BradshawAnita) Bradshaw III, of LasVegas, Vernon Thomas, of Coolidge, Ruthie Thomas, of Mexia; a host of uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services are being handled by Pearly Gates Funeral Home, of Mexia.
