James Thomas 'Jimmy' Clements

The angelic hosts came for James Thomas “Jimmy” Clements, 69, on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at his Fairfield residence, among loving family and devoted friends. A vigil service will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Moore’s Angelic Funeral Home Chapel, 406 Monroe St. in Teague.
Jimmy Clements was the oldest child of Alfred Clements and Gwendolyn Ruth Stacey Clements and was born in Houston on Sept. 3, 1944. He grew up in Houston’s West University neighborhood and attended the public schools there.
Jimmy married Tina Holiday in Northshore. Throughout his life, he was employed as a rancher, cowboy and a truck driver. He enjoyed fishing, dancing and having a good time.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Henry Clements; and his grandparents, H.D. and Ruth Stacy.
Those left to cherish his memory most are his sons, Shawn Lee Clements of Baytown, and Stacey Edward Clements, Dallas Shane Clements and Clayton James Clements, all of Fairfield; his daughters, Jimmie Renee Clements Woods of Crystal Beach, and Jessica Farrell of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Shelby Clements, Shawn Clements Jr., Darbie Woods, Trace Clements and Easton Clements; and a host of family and friends.
