Brian Lee Maxwell
    Brian Lee Maxwell, 23, of Mexia went to live with the Lord on September 14, 2009.  Funeral services will be 2 PM Thursday, September 17, 2009 at First Baptist Church. Rev. Mario Rivera will officiate with interment to follow in the Mexia Cemetery.
    Brian was born May 19, 1986 in Memphis, Texas to Jerry and Diana Rodriguez Maxwell.  He was employed by Long Industries.  Brian was a very caring, loving and comical person.  He was a devoted husband and father.  He loved his family very much.  Brian attended Nueva Vida Assembly of God Church.
    He was preceded in death by his mother, Diana Maxwell; sister, Ashley Maxwell; and both maternal grandfather and paternal grandparents.
    Brian is survived by his loving wife, Yesenia Candanoza Maxwell; two sons, Brian Lee Maxwell, Jr., age 3 and Aaden Isaiah Maxwell, age 5 months; his father, Jerry Maxwell of Amarillo, Tx.; grandmother, Concha Rodriguez ; brothers, Michael Garza and Steven Rodriguez and wife, Amy of Mexia; three nephews, Elijah Garza, Jose Alvarez and Louis Alvarez; three nieces, Madison, Jaley and Emma Kate Rodriguez; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Manuel and Guadalupe Candanoza; in-laws, Saul and Diana Candanoza, Clarissa and Jalisa Candanoza; uncle and aunt, Mark and Tonya Rodriguez; and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
    Pallbearers will be Saul Candanoza, Damion Drew, Devante Drew, Clinton Hendrick, Baldemar Robles, Joey Serna, Erik DeLao, James Rodriguez and Leo Hernandez.
