No decision in mediation

A lawsuit filed against the Mexia Independent School District by two former employees is back to ground zero, following Thursday mediation.
"Nothing was resolved ... no settlement reached," Board member Richard Duncan said Friday.
Attorneys for both sides and representatives of the school district and plaintiffs Colby Archibald and Robert Ross, met in the marathon session in Waco. The mediation session convened at 8:30 a.m. and dismissed at 7:40 p.m.
