Fire in the Hole with the Porters

— The State Championship One-Act Play “Fire in the Hole” company is shown with Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Porter of Porters Funeral Home who made a generous donation that allowed the cast and crew to travel to the State competition via a chartered bus while they were competing for the State title. Other businesses and individuals that contributed to the ride to state included Guaranty Bank, Ray and Connie Jones, First Mexia Bank, Holloway Martin, Centex Credit Union, Parkview Hospital, Ingram’s Florist, Alan’s Tires, Magness Florist, InCommons Bank, BiStone Building Supply, Dick Scott Ford, Farmers State Bank, Subway, Will Hallmark and Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Stuver. Sponsors will be recognized this Saturday, May 10th at the final celebration performance of Fire in the Hole at 6:00 p.m. in the MHS Auditorium for their support of the MHS Theatre Department.
