Limestone County Retired Teachers to meet
The Limestone County Retired Teachers will meet at Fort Parker State Park on Monday, May 12, 2008 at 10:30 AM. Glorieda Phillips will bring the inspirational thought, and Park Ranger Tom Fisher will speak on park facilities. Be sure and stop at the office to pay and then proceed to the far end the park grounds at the picnic tables on the point.

Operation Graduation meetings!!
Operation Graduation parents will meet every Thursday evening until graduation, which is scheduled for May 30. The Operation Graduation meetings are being held ins the Mexia Junior High cafetorium at 6 o’clock, each Thursday.

Encore
performance coming
The Mexia High One-Act Play Champions will give an encore performance for the community Saturday night, May 10, at 6 o’clock in the Mexia High School auditorium. The performance will be a time to honor and to celebrate the accomplishments of these youngsters. A reception will follow the performance. Admission for the night’s activities will be $5, and is billed as a Final Championship Performance.
