Judy was born Oct. 30, 1945, in Nebraska, to parents Albert and Lucile Havens.

She loved her Lord and Savior and was a member of First Baptist Church in Jacksonville.

She had a keen eye for interior design, decorating her homes with “pretties,” often on a shoestring budget. She was a hard-working woman, sometimes holding down three jobs. She was there to lend a helping hand to family and friends whenever she could ... and sometimes when she really couldn’t.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Danny Wilson; and brothers, Paul Havens and Richard Havens.

She is survived by children, Kathy Nelson and husband Richard of Mexia, Dana Hulstine and husband John Jr. of Rusk, Keith Lambert and wife Yolanda of Alabama, and stepson David Wilson; grandchildren, Josh Hulstine and wife Maggie, Jaimi Morgan and husband Chris, Erick Staton and wife Monica, Doran Staton and wife Christi, Colin Staton, Jennifer Chambers and husband Christopher, Tegan Lambert, and Richie Lambert; 12 great-grandchildren, with one on the way; brother, Jim Havens and wife Cookie of Needville; and numerous other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Judy’s honor to the charity of your choice.
