If you didn’t wrap your pipes during the last few cold fronts, you better do so right now, as hard freezes highs only are predicted for well into the coming week.

The cold front that was predicted to come through last night is bringing wet weather, the chance of ice pellets or even snow flurries Friday through Sunday, and once the rain stops on Monday, lows will drop to the low 20s at night.

The National Weather Service calls for a low of 31 degrees tonight with a high tomorrow of only 32 degrees. The low Friday night will be around 29 degrees, with a high Saturday of only 34 degrees and a low that night of 31 degrees. Sunday’s high is forecast to be 39 degrees, with a low that night of 31. Through Sunday night, the chance of precipitation varies from 50 percent today to 90 precent tonight, then between 40 and 60 percent through Sunday night.
