Teague defeat Buffalo, Malakoff: Currently 10-0

The Teague Lions have won 10 consecutive basketball games after beating Buffalo on Friday, 59-42, and Malakoff Tuesday, 86-72, to move to 19-8 on the season and 10-0 in the District 18-3A standings, where they are currently in first place.
Facing the Bison for the second time in district, the Lions turned a close game into a route in the end. Leading 31-28 going into the fourth period, Teague outscored Buffalo 28-14 to come away with a 17-point advantage in the end.
Mylan Shed led the Lions with 17 points, 10 rebounds and five steals. Tyrese Heard pulled off the double-double as well with 13 points and 10 boards, along with four steals defensively.
