Jason Bernard Ratcliff

Jason Bernard Ratcliff went to be with the Lord on Nov. 25, 2017 in Lancaster.
Ratcliff was born on Feb. 23, 1974 at Mexia General Hospital in Mexia. He was the youngest born to Alzo and Frankie Ratcliff. He was a student of Mexia High School until 1992, but received his GED before graduation day. He continued his education at Navarro College in Corsicana and the Art Institute of Houston.
Jason leaves to cherish his memories: his father, Alzo Ratcliff of Mexia; his brothers, Willis (Rolanda) Ratcliff of Mexia, Harold Jones of Beeville; three nieces, Chantel Ratcliff-Flanagan of Mexia, Chanel Ratcliff of Cypress and Brandi Jones of Muskogee, Okla.; three nephews, Adrian Jones of Lancaster, Brandon Jones of Dallas and Kedarrius L. Flanagan of Mexia; two God-daughters, Cashmere Cooper of Italy and Shakyra Cooper of Waco; a special aunt, Helen Spencer of Lancaster; three life-long best friends, Cornelius Cooper of Waco, Elmer Weathers, Jr. and Abraham King of Mexia and a host of family and friends.
Funeral services for Ratcliff will be at 11 a.m., Dec. 2 at Westside Church of Christ in Mexia. Service and arrangements entrusted to Pearly Gates Funeral Home of Mexia.
