On behalf of the family of Cindy Walker, I want to say thank you to all the people of Mexia. The love and support that was shown for Cindy during the recent Cindy Walker Days event was overwhelming. It would be difficult to name everyone who was involved in this effort, but the entire community is to be congratulated. Many people now know who Cindy Walker was and where she called home.
