CLEM ROGER MOFFETT
Clem Roger Moffett Jr. was born on Sept. 1, 1951, to the parentage of Clem Roger Moffett Sr. and Minnie Mae Moffett. He was the first of six from this union. He was born at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls. He was educated at Lamar High School of Dallas. He later attended Trinity Valley College of Athens. He received a certificate in accounting. He was also a great leather craftsman.
He left his earthly home Nov. 15, 2021.
Clem was preceded in death by his parents, Minnie Mae Moffett and Clem Roger Moffett Sr.; brothers, Oliver Moffett and Gary Moffett; sister, Lena Moffett; and children, Clem Moffett and Ella Moffett.
Clem leaves to cherish his memories, his son, Oliver Moffett; grandkids, D’Adrian, Devin, Devon, Cardae and Olivia Moffett; sister, Margaret Moffett; brother, David Moffett; special first cousins, Minnie Blocker of Mexia, Richard Phillips Jr. and Marie Forge of Fort Worth, and Ethelene Phillips of Cedar Hill; aunt, Cheryle Gamble of Waco; uncle, Willie Blocker of Dallas; eight nieces and 12 nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.
Service was held at 2 p.m. Nov. 21 at Mt. Gideon Primitive Baptist Church of Doyle. Arrangements were entrusted to Pearly Gates Funeral Home.
