Obituaries

A memorial for Frank Logan will be at 11 a.m. Dec. 10, 2022, at the Old Glad Tidings Church, 829 N. Highway 84, in Mexia. Brother Pual Moore will officiate the service. Our precious Daddy passed away during the pandemic on Sept. 10, 2021. His memorial was postponed in fear of spreading the virus. Over this past year, our lives have gone in different directions, on opposite schedules or someone would be ill causing further delay. The time has come that we will finally honor our wonderful Daddy.

Baldemar DeJesus Molina, 65 of Mexia, passed away Nov. 26, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Nov. 30, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Mexia, with Father Moses Iyogwoya MSP as celebrant. Interment will follow at Mexia Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Jones Funeral Services, followed by a rosary at 7 p.m.

cClinton Dr. Johnnie W. McClinton crossed over to sit at the feet of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Nov. 23, 2022. McClinton was from Coolidge. He was 83 years of age.
