cClinton Dr. Johnnie W. McClinton crossed over to sit at the feet of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Nov. 23, 2022. McClinton was from Coolidge. He was 83 years of age.
r. Roy Alvis Calame Jr., 94, of Wortham, peacefully passed away Nov. 19, 2022, at Skilled Care of Mexia.
David Glenn McGuire, 75, of Mexia, passed away Nov. 6, 2022, at Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, at First Presbyterian Church in Mexia with the Rev. Jerry Jones and the Rev. John McGuire officiating.
In 57 years, Thomas Ozie Johnson III shared Jesus, love and laughter with his family and friends. He married his college sweetheart, Lieschen, and was a proud father to Tommy, Lilly and Matthew. Together they built a fabulous life.
Clarence Ray Taylor, 93 of Shiloh, passed away Nov.12, 2022, at his residence. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, at Jones Funeral Services Chapel with the Rev. Clifton Jones officiating. Interment followed at Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation with the family was held prior to the service, starting at 9 a.m., at the funeral home.
